Our tool is unable to interact with any print drivers directly it is merely the middleman used to create the label file.

In case of creating a pdf label you can use your browser to print the label.

In case of creating an epl or thermal label the file created is not a graphic image or a postscript file rather a set of instructions for your thermal printer so you must have valid driver for your printer and means of sending the label file directly to the printer on your end. When you set the image type as type "ELTRON" the label image is created in the labels directory named trackingnumber.epl, you can then use a gui if you have it to send label to printer or simply use the command prompt to issue a command such as

C:\> print C:\Labels\fedex-tracking-number.epl lpt1

Assuming your label printer is at lpt1 port on your computer and a valid driver is present for the thermal device.
