corrupt table Coldfusion error received when access E-Commerce Enterprise administration |
||||
SYMPTOMSWhen attempting to access E-Commerce Enterprise Administration you receive a Coldfusion error "corrupt table"
CAUSEColdfusion 8 raises an illegal exception: you see an error message about a corrupt table when the "Maximum number of cached queries" size is less than the number of queries to be cached by an application. RESOLUTIONNOTE: This is a Coldfusion Server specific issue, it is not an issue with any application running on the Coldfusion Server and as such the remedy involves installing a hot fix on the affected server and restarting the Coldfusion Server service. For immediate temporary resolution to this often restarting the Coldfusion Server service will restore access to your site, a more permanent resolution is offered directly from Adobe below. |
