Usage of DHL custom tag generates errors from initial install.

INSTALLATION CHECKLIST

You will not be able to use our DHL custom tag on your server in a test or production environment until you have done the following:

1. You must first request from your DHL representative a valid username, password and shipping key to access their XML ShipIt and RateIt APIs.

2. Upon receiving these credentials from DHL you will initially be put into test access mode only, meaning you can only run requests in a test environment and you must specifically request from DHL to be granted full production access and await them to upgrade your credentials before you can use our custom tag in your web application.

3. Once you have received production access if you still get errors the next place to look is your specific request and that it a) contains valid data in your parameters and b) contains all the required parameters for your specific request. Please refer to supplied examples for assistance with troubleshooting such issues.
